Stamford inventor Colin Furze to create extreme bumper car for Top Gear's The Stig.

Crazy inventor Colin Furze, who is known for building unbelievable inventions at his Stamford home, will now be creating an extreme bumper car for BBC Top Gear's The Stig.

To add to his list of marvellous inventions, which Colin[1] has documented on his YouTube channel[2], he will create a bumper car with a difference for The Stig.

To celebrate the new series of Top Gear, the BBC have loaned Colin The Stig for a day, to help him around his workshop.

In return, Colin must build a vehicle for The Stig to test… with only one rule from the masked racer…

Colin must make something that usually drives really slow… really fast.

Colin will now turn a 1960s bumper car into a racing machine ready for the The Stig to test.

This comes after the amazing Stamford inventor created a 5.5m AT-ATC playhouse[4] in December last year and a Fire Tornado Firework Launcher[5] earlier this year.
