Like many others, I will throw keys once the tamper-evident decal is implemented. I won't be able to drive with the decals as my neighbours will know my car is from Uber.

I have been thinking of ways to overcome this decal issue and have come out with the following:

Operation Overcome Way #1
Using a kitchen cellophane wrap could do the trick.
1. Make sure the cellophane wrap is laid out flat on the table
2. Stick the sticky-end of the tamper-evident decal on the cellophane wrap
3. Use another normal decal to affix on the windshield.

Operation Overcome Way #2 - Better
1. Buy a plain decal, can buy on Qoo10,Aliexpress
2. Before you tear out the plain decal, stick the tamper-evident decal on the rough side of the plain decal.
3. Use a cutter to cut out the excess
4. Peel off the plain decal and use normally

Do contribute if you know any other methods to overcome this very big and serious issue affecting drivers. The whole Uber/G rab PH industry may just implode and disappear from the Singapore scene altogether if the critical mass is achieved.
