A popular stroller-car seat combo has been recalled after reports the cars eat can disengage unexpectedly from the stroller's frame, posing a fall hazard to infants.
The Combi Shuttle Travel System is sold by Combi USA, and have model number 6100027 or 6100100 printed on a label on the base of the car seat and stroller's leg.The car seat and stroller were sold in titanium (silver) and red chili (red) colors, with 'Combi' printed on the front of the stroller and the car seat.
'Shuttle' is printed above the model number.
The manufacturer says no injuries or incidents have been reported, but urges customers to stop using the stroller and car seat together. Combi USA says the two products can be used individually with no danger. The remedy is a repair kit made up of straps that will secure the car seat to the stroller.
