So what if beacon is gone? I have the emblem.

This car has no numberplate. What it has is the national emblem, both at the front and rear. This was seen on Maa Anandmayee Marg going towards ICD Tughlakabad on Tuesday, May 2, at 11.27am. It wasn't a VIP car in a convoy. Whose car is this then? Citizen Reporter Sabyasachi Roy
