Savannah Chrisley made her first carpet appearance Sunday at the Academy of Country Music Awards since her terrifying January car accident.
The 19-year-old reality star looked stunning in a black gown with large sheer panels at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
The long-sleeved Bao Tranchi gown showcased her cleavage and trailed behind her with a small train.

Savannah had her short blonde hair down and accessorized with dangling earrings.
The Chrisley Knows Best st ar was involved in a single-car accident in early January in which she suffered broken vertebrae in her neck.
Savannah was driving her four-door white sedan during a rainstorm when she struck a guardrail.
She became distracted when she leaned down to fix her floor mat and the mat became stuck under the gas pedal.

When Savannah looked up, her car was flying toward a guardrail.
Her father Todd, 47, Todd gave a statement to E! News[4] after the accident.
'It's the worst feeling in the world to get a call late at night while sleeping to hear on the other end that your child has been involved in a serious car accident and that you need to come to the hospital immediately,' he said.

Todd and his wife Julie also were in attendance at the Las Vegas awards ceremony.
Julie donned a hot pink dress with a front cutout while Todd lo oked dapper in a blue tuxedo.
